Having Summer so close causes a slight problem for many retailers as the Summer clothing will have to be spread out across April to September, before the Autumn collection comes out. There are a wide variety of trends around the high street for women this season. The video below shows two students giving their view on the trends and shops this warm spring season.
As stated by Vogue, the trends for women this season are:

- Wide Leg Pants
- Capri Pants

- Jumpsuits and Playsuits
The in trends for men this season are:
- Suits
- Flared Jeans
- Motorcycle Fashion
- Chino Shorts
New Look have started their summer campaign and to demonstrate the trends they are following this season they have put together a '100 Days of Summer' advert that has been on the TV for the last week. Below is the advert highlighting summer and the trends along side them:
As well as clothing trends for this season, there are also the trends of Hairstyles and Make up. According to fashionising.com, the top makeup trends this year are set to be bright coloured lips and minimal liquid eyeliner on the top eye lid. As for the hairstyles, they are set to be making statements with the ideal to be half up and half down, plates, Amped up ponytail, a bird nests bun, fringes and a waved bob for short hair.
Theres no excuse for having a bad hair day this summer.
